And in a society increasingly isolated and detached, we are tragically under-resourced in our suffering. If you’ve found yourself ready to try and paint a different picture, I can help. Sometimes we need a safe, human connection to hear and to heal the burdens of our past and present. My first task is to learn what it is you need; it’s ok if that’s yours too. My specialty is honestly just being a person there with you, but as a Certified EMDR Therapist, we can use this approach to help your brain release the overwhelm of disturbing feelings and memories, empowering it to heal, and adapt to your dignity in the present moment.
